I can help you on fitness journey, whether that be helping decide on what program to start with, or just be there for motivation. And yes, I did say my services are FREE!
In the past I had always considered myself a fit person. I loved spending time in the gym, outdoors, and playing sports. However, I had been struggling with my weight for a little over 7 years. Shortly before we moved from Texas to Oregon I was able to get all the way down to 146, which was a weight I had not seen in years. However, the move across country turned everything upside down and I kept adding on pound after pound. My weight sky-rocketed to an all time high of 190. I had been able to get back down to 178 on my own with cleaning up my diet and exercise, but I was stuck and was having trouble sticking to a routine.
Finally, in July, my husband and I decided to commit to a life-style change. We were tired of being overweight and unhealthy. So we began Beachbody’s Insanity, with Shaun T.
We recently started TurboFire and I’m excited about the changes we have seen so far and am equally excited about continuing our weight loss and fitness journey!
